Environmental Policy of Mars Antennas & RF Systems Ltd.

Mars Antennas & RF Systems Ltd. recognizes its responsibility as s global citizen and commits continuously reduce damage caused to the environment by its activity.

The company has adopted a programme of continuous improvement. Among others the programme includes progress towards elimination of all environmentally harmful materials or reduction of their use in the production process.

We will comply with all applicable legal requirements and with other requirements which we relate to environmental aspects.

We will provide necessary training to all our employees whose activities are concerned with hazardous materials use.

We will minimize manufacturing waste products by following the next actions:

1) Recycling of packaging materials,

2) Signing exchange and recycling agreements with clients and suppliers,

3) Marking of packaging with appropriate recycling symbols at the design stage,

4) Subscribing to local recycling programs for paper, cardboard, plastic, aluminium, steel and glass, and promoting such programs internally to employees,

5) Use of proper disposal methods for non-recyclable materials,

6) Working with suppliers and contractors with similar environmental standards.

Mars Antennas & RF Systems Ltd. will educate and train its employees in environmental issues and the environmental effects of their activities in order to enhance their environmental awareness.
